To be eligible for citizenship of St. Lucia under its Citizenship by Investment Program, there are three options to choose from.
1. DONATION TO THE GOVERNMENT NATIONAL ECONOMIC FUND (NEF)
Non-refundable financial contribution to a Government fund. The cost varies depending on the number of applicants and their ages.

Main Applicant and Spouse - USD 140,000
Main Applicant, Spouse and 2 qualifying dependents below 18 years - USD 150,000
Each qualifying dependent in addition to family of 4 - USD 15,000
Each additional qualifying dependent, of any age - USD 25,000

Saint Lucia has huge appeal for visitors and tourists and is proud of its wide range of real estate options. The Citizenship Investment Programme is an option for investors wishing to make an investment into an approved real estate projects under the following categories: 1) high-end branded hotels and resorts 2) high-end boutique properties. The investor will own title deed to the property.

Applications for citizenship of Saint Lucia can be made through an investment in the National Action Government Bonds (“NAB”). The bonds are non-interest bearing, and must be registered and remain in the name of the applicant for a five-year holding period from the date of first issue.

Compulsory background checks are payable to the Government who appoints a preferred due diligence agency. These agencies use various international and local sources such as Interpol, World-Check and other Government agencies. These fees are payable upon the submission of the application.

Our job is to simplify the document collection as much as possible and when required we obtain the documents for the client without their involvement. •Original excerpt of full birth record or certified copy of full birth certificate with MOFA attestation (i.e. a birth document that also includes your parent’s details, or a household register, family book etc.).

•Eight (8) Original passport-size photos
•Certified copy of National ID
•Certified copy of all passports held (full pages)
•Proof of residential address (original utility bill / copy of bank statement)

•Original Police Record from country of birth, country of citizenship, country of residence (if different), and any country in which the applicant has resided for at least one (1) year in the past ten (10) years, for each applicant sixteen (16) years and over.

• One original bank reference letter issued by an internationally recognized bank, not older than 6 months.
